What Is Your Return Policy?

You can return any supply (excludes non-return consumables) item within the first 30 days from the shipping date. We’ll gladly exchange if your product is defective. All returned or exchanged items must be in their original box and include packing material.
Non-Return Consumables
Occasionally some items will be marked as “non-returnable” by the vendor. In the event you order a non-return consumable from our store, you will receive communication from us to confirm via e-mail or phone within 1 business day of your order. Once confirmed, we will ship everything to you as normal.
Opened Items – Non-Defective Supplies
If your item is out of original OEM packaging, we cannot accept returns – no exceptions. We can only provide an exchange if the product is defective.
Defective Supplies – Xerox
In the rare case that you receive a product that is defective for whatever reason, please call 1-800-835-6100 right away. Defective claims must be issued directly to Xerox by the end user, and not through Hungate Business Services. This includes customers in all countries, including military orders.
Defective Supplies – All Other Manufacturers
If you have an OEM return, please call our Customer Help Desk at 1-800-827-5424 or submit a support ticket. Please provide the following information:
- Order Number
- Part Number to be Returned
- Quantity to be Returned
- Reason for Return
We will then issue an approved Return Authorization # (RA#) to you via e-mail. Each product being returned must have freight pre-paid, and have an approved RA# written clearly on the outside of the shipping box. Any product returned without this number written clearly written on the outside of the box will be refused at our logistics center. If product is received without an approved RA, you will be notified and have 24 hours to respond or the product will be disposed of and no credits will be issued.
Equipment Warranty – Xerox
If you are not totally satisfied with the performance of your Xerox hardware (copiers, printers, fax, etc.), at your request Xerox will repair it or will replace it without charge to you with an identical model or a machine with comparable features and capabilities during the first 90 days. If the newly delivered equipment is financed by Xerox for more than 3 years, the Guarantee to repair it or replace it will apply during the entire term of your Xerox financing. Equipment is categorized as printers, copiers, fax machines, scanners or multifunction equipment. Equipment is not deemed to be toner, fuser units, waste containers, maintenance kits or any replaceable item that is critical to machine performance – please refer to our defective products policy for information pertinent to those items.
